Stage 4 - Finalise
- Purchased and installed new Kelly controller
- Tidy up wiring
- Connect dashboard gauges
- Connect power steering pump
- Purchased a full new set of batteries
- Secure batteries
- Final test drive before certification
- Top speed 100kmh in 10-15 secs
- Hill climb successful
- Blew LogiSystems controller!!
- AMP draw 350 (fuse at 400) controller rated for 750!!
- No contact from LogiSystems for over 6 months
- Purchased and installed Kelly 144V 800A controller
- Installed addional fuses and precharger

- Create front battery box
- Design back battery box
- Design back motor mount
- Draw wiring diagram
- High Voltage
- Low Voltage
- Install charger and charging socket
- Create back battery box
- Create motor mount
- Create component box
- Create driver console
- Install hardened rear springs
- Install motor
- Create and install speed sensor mount
- Mount brake and power steering pumps
- Cleanup existing wiring harness
- Design and mount high voltage components
- Design and mount low voltage components
- Alter driveshaft and create motor coupling
- Attach EV components to mainboard
- Connect wiring
- !!! First Test Drive Successful !!!
Stage 2 - Preparation
- Purchase donor vehicle (1996 Subaru Legacy 250T Wagon)
- Removed ICE
- Removed transmission
- Removed petrol tank and leads
- Cut back tray out for back battery box
- Removed front drive (RWD direct drive)
